At Brisbane Airport, Red Spot Rentals has a rental desk in both the Jetstar and Virgin Blue Terminals of the Domestic Airport. Proceed to the desk where a Red Spot Rentals representative will complete your rental agreement and provide directions to your vehicle.

PICK UP
The supplier does not have an actual depot at the Airport. The hirer will be required to collect the vehicle from their Office which is located approximately 8 minutes from the Airport. Depending on traffic, a Taxi from the Airport to the Office should cost no more than $20.00. Rather than refund the Taxi charge at the time of collection, the supplier will give a $20.00 discount off your total rental. This will be reflected on your confirmation invoice.

DROP OFF: Brisbane Domestic Airport Only
If you are returning your hire vehicle on a weekday (Monday - Friday ONLY) during office hours, the supplier does offer a courtesy Return Shuttle Service to the Brisbane Domestic Airport which operates at the following times. Please note this shuttle MUST be booked at the time of booking and/or upon collection of your vehicle. The Shuttle Service does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or gazetted Public Holidays.

AFTER HOURS COLLECTION AND RETURN
After hours collections for this location are available on request and will incur an after hours surcharge fee. You must request this in advance by selecting the After Hours Picking Up / Dropping off surcharge in the extra level.

IMPORTANT:
A pre-authorisation of $1,000 is taken for those hirers who do not take the option of Insurance Reduction (Collision Damage Waiver CDW).  For hirers who reduce their excess, no pre-authorisation is required.

Please note: All rentals must be secured by a valid CREDIT CARD.  A pre-authorisation of $1,000 will be processed to your credit card for vehicle security.

Should you be using a DEBIT CARD as vehicle security, a bond of equivalent to the supplier's excess will be held for the entire rental period. This bond will be fully refunded on the return of an undamaged vehicle. The use of DEBIT CARDS as vehicle security will also incur a 5% surcharge on the full cost of the rental.

When booking your hire, please ensure you notify us of the correct arrival destination as we will not be held responsible for the wrong location of your hire. In this case, you are responsible for all costs of locating and picking up of your vehicle hire with us.

If a flight is delayed and falls outside the normal hours please contact First Rate Cars.

We will allow pick ups at any time, however there will be a $55 fee for after hour pick ups. For after hour pick ups you will collect your car up from our airport office.

Drop Offs
Vehicles can be dropped off at free of charge during office hours. If you drop off the vehicle at the airport office we will take you to the airport on our shuttle for free.

After Hour Drop Offs
If you wish to drop off your vehicle after office hours please park in the car park at the airport, either international or domestic. There will be a $16.50 parking fee and $55 service fee for after hours drop-offs. If you drop off the vehicle at the airport office we will take you to the airport on our shuttle for free. The shuttle bus will collect you from this point and take you back to their offices to process your paper work. The shuttle bus will take approximately 20 minutes. The vehicle is to be returned to the Andrews Airport Parking office at the end of rental and a free shuttle bus will take you back to your departure terminal.

M2000 offer after hours collections and returns however these must be agreed to by the supplier prior to collection. Please note that a surcharge of $33.00 will apply once for each journey (ie if both collection and return are outside of office hours a fee of $66.00 will apply).

Airport pick up procedure
On landing at the Cairns Airport,  client is to contact the vehicle provider on the phone number provided on the confirmation invoice. This will allow them time to arrive at the airport. If there is a delayed flight and the client arrives after opening hours, it will be up to discretion of  the vehicle provider as to how to arrange the pick up. If it is really late, it will be necessary to pick up the car the following morning. The local phone number is available 24 hours and should be used after hours only in case of emergencies only.

Airport drop off procedure
Customers have to drop off the vehicles at our Cairns depot and make  your own way to the airport.

Airport Collection
Cairns Airport Rentacar offer courtesy pick up and drop off to the terminal within the hours of 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 2pm Saturday and 9am - 1pm Sunday.
After hour collections, customers must get a taxi from the terminal 2.5km to their office, and collect the keys from the safe outside the office.
This is normally prearranged when the booking is confirmed by Rentacar. The reverse procedure for after hour returns or customers may park the car in the airport carpark for a $30 charge to cover parking fees, by prior arrangement.

Local Area Collection
Cairns Airport Rentacar offer a collection service from local Cairns city hotels within the hours of 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 2pm Saturday and 9am - 1pm Sunday. Should you require your vehicle during these hours please contact our office on 07 4053 1016. Please where possible arrange this service in advance.

Late Return
If you fail to return the vehicle to us by the return date and time, a $50.00 penalty plus rental charges will apply.

A pre-authorisation of $1,000 is taken for those hirers who do not take the option of Insurance Reduction (Collision Damage Waiver CDW).  For hirers who reduce their excess, no pre-authorisation is required.

Please note: All rentals must be secured by a valid CREDIT CARD.  A pre-authorisation of $1,000 will be processed to your credit card for vehicle security.

Should you be using a DEBIT CARD as vehicle security, a bond of equivalent to the supplier's excess will be held for the entire rental period. This bond will be fully refunded on the return of an undamaged vehicle. The use of DEBIT CARDS as vehicle security will also incur a 5% surcharge on the full cost of the rental.

When booking your hire, please ensure you notify us of the correct arrival destination as we will not be held responsible for the wrong location of your hire. In this case, you are responsible for all costs of locating and picking up of your vehicle hire with us.

Specific pick up and drop off information will be provided to you on confirmation. Please note however that there is an after hours surcharge that will apply when picking up or dropping off outside of  normal office hours (08:00 - 16:30).

IMPORTANT:
A pre-authorisation of $1,000 is taken for those hirers who do not take the option of Insurance Reduction (Collision Damage Waiver CDW).  For hirers who reduce their excess, no pre-authorisation is required.

Please note: All rentals must be secured by a valid CREDIT CARD.  A pre-authorisation of $1,000 will be processed to your credit card for vehicle security.

Should you be using a DEBIT CARD as vehicle security, a bond of equivalent to the supplier's excess will be held for the entire rental period. This bond will be fully refunded on the return of an undamaged vehicle. The use of DEBIT CARDS as vehicle security will also incur a 5% surcharge on the full cost of the rental.

When booking your hire, please ensure you notify us of the correct arrival destination as we will not be held responsible for the wrong location of your hire. In this case, you are responsible for all costs of locating and picking up of your vehicle hire with us.

PICK UPS
For all Sunshine Coast, Maroochydore Airport collections during office hours, our Agent will collect you from the Airport and take you to their Office located nearby to collect your vehicle. No after hours collections or return are permitted at this location.

The Airport depot is open 24 hours a day. We now use a parking service which operates a fast shuttle bus to and from the depot straight to all terminals.This is located  about 6 minutes away from the airport. All customers that have vehicles booked at the airport depot will need to call to be picked up from their terminal and they will be taken to their vehicle (number provided on confirmation).They will drop their vehicle back to the same place as picked up and they will be dropped back to their terminal.

All airport bookings incur the premium location fee of $22.00.

Late Collection/Return Surcharge
If the vehicle is not collected or returned at the time allocated, or Advance has not been notified 24 hours prior, there will be an AUD50.00 fee added to the rental per day plus an AUD22.00 per hour surcharge applied for every hour until vehicle is collected or returned.

NB: We ONLY service Tullamarine Airport (we do not service Avalon Airport).

Pick Up Instructions
When you are ready with you luggage please phone us on our local number given to you after booking confirmed. Our employee who answers will talk you across the road to the bus stop and our employee will radio ahead to the bus to come and pick you up from this bus stop to take you to our depot which is only 2km away. This whole process should only take between 4 - 5 mins from ringing us to standing at your car at our off airport depot.

Drop Off Instructions
Return the car to the depot just 10 mins before you need to get to the Airport terminals. We will have a free bus waiting to take you back to the terminals terminal.

When you arrive please collect your luggage and then call us to arrange to be collected by our free shuttle bus service. We are based in a hotel about 5 minutes from the terminal and your car will be ready to collect when you arrive.

COLLECTION AREA (INSIDE BUSINESS HOURS) (8am to 6pm Monday-Friday or 8:00am to 12 noon Sat & Sun)
Opposite the main terminal is a white multi-storey car park, on the ground floor of this car park is an entrance to the HILTON HOTEL located right in the middle, you will see a large silver awning protruding out from the car park. We need you to wait under this awning (roof) just in front of the zebra crossing facing the terminal.

If you have any questions about this procedure or anything at all for that matter, please contact us between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday or on our emergency after hours number (provided on confirmation)

COLLECTION AREA (AFTER BUSINESS HOURS – fee’s apply) Call our partner (Pink Elephant Parking) and advise that you are collecting a RENTAL CAR, a bus will be dispatched to collect you and generally takes between 5 to 10 minutes to collect you. Exit the Main terminal and cross ONE zebra crossing this will land you on a traffic island (bus stop).  If you notice damage that’s not on your report please come back into the office to update our copy before you leave.

DROP OFF - Business Hours
Please return the vehicle back to the same location on the completion of your rental period. We are located inside Ciloms Airport Lodge, Tullamarine. If you are coming back towards the airport on the Tullamarine Fwy, take the EXIT called 'Business Park Freight' and then turn left at the roundabout, the hotel is located about 200mts down on the left hand side. On your return we do make our best effort to get you back to the Airport A.S.A.P but we do ask you to allow for an extra 30 minutes over and above the time you would like to be at the Airport in case of delay’s, Traffic etc.

AFTER HOURS COLLECTION & DROP OFF FEE
Any transfers outside of standard business hours will incur a surcharge of AUD25.00 each way and AUD25.00 if collection or return is between 11:30pm and 6:00am. Please select this at time of booking. If you are on a really early flight we advise you to call the hotel we are based in on 03 9338 3513 to book yourself a seat on their bus as the early buses have a tendency to be extremely busy and if you don’t book you may miss out and have to wait for the next bus. The buses after hours are dispatched every half an hour on the hour for Airport returns, please allow for this on your return.

ONE WAY RENTALS
City to Airport = AUD45.00.
Airport to City = AUD15.00 for rentals less than 5 days and free thereafter.

NB: The same credit card must be presented at the rental counter that was originally used to pay for the reservation. This must be owned by the renter and not another party, the name on the credit card must match the name on the licence. If the licence and credit card names differ due to marriage a copy of the marriage certificate must be provided.

We will allow pick ups 24 hours a day 7 days a week, however you will need to make your own way to our depot which is located approximately 6.2 kilometres from the airport.

Drop Offs
Vehicles can be dropped off at free of charge during office hours. If you drop off the vehicle at the airport office we will take you to the airport on our shuttle for free.

After Hour Drop Offs
If you wish to drop off your vehicle after office hours please park in the car park at the airport, either international or domestic. There will be a $16.50 parking fee and $55 service fee for after hours drop-offs. If you drop off the vehicle at the airport office we will take you to the airport on our shuttle for free. Please inform First Rate direct if you are planning to drop your vehicle off after hours.

A member of staff will direct you to the designated CUSTOMER PICK UP POINT. Our shuttle bus will collect you from this point and take you back to their offices to process your paper work. The shuttle bus will take approximately 15 minutes. The vehicle is to our office at the end of rental and a free shuttle bus will take you back to your departure terminal.

After Hours Service
M2000 offer after hours collections and returns however these must be agreed to by the supplier prior to collection. Please note that a surcharge of $33.00 will apply once for each journey (ie if both collection and return are outside of office hours a fee of $66.00 will apply).

Pick Up/drop off instructions (Out of office hours):
Upon confirmation of your reservation an e-mail will be sent to you from the location with a manual rental agreement to complete. Pick up and drop off instructions and the Terms and Conditions of hire. The signed manual rental agreement will need to be sent back to the location by either e-mail or fax along with a copy of the driving licences of all designated drivers.

Late Return
M2000 offers a grace period of 15 minutes on the last rental day, after which late return charges are as follows:
1 -3 hours: 1/3 of the current daily rate will apply.

The Airport depot is open 24 hours a day. We now use a parking service which operates a fast shuttle bus to and from the depot straight to all terminals.This is located  about 6 minutes away from the airport. All customers that have vehicles booked at the airport depot will need to call to be picked up from their terminal and they will be taken to their vehicle (number provided on confirmation). They will drop their vehicle back to the same place as picked up and they will be dropped back to their terminal.

All airport bookings incur the premium location fee of $22.00.

Late Collection/Return Surcharge
If the vehicle is not collected or returned at the time allocated, or Advance has not been notified 24 hours prior, there will be an AUD50.00 fee added to the rental per day plus an AUD22.00 per hour surcharge applied for every hour until vehicle is collected or returned.

NB: We ONLY service Tullamarine Airport (we do not service Avalon Airport).

Pick Up Instructions
When you are ready with you luggage please phone us on our local number given to you after booking confirmed. Our employee who answers will talk you across the road to the bus stop and our employee will radio ahead to the bus to come and pick you up from this bus stop to take you to our depot which is only 2km away. This whole process should only take between 4 - 5 mins from ringing us to standing at your car at our off airport depot.

Drop Off Instructions
Return the car to the depot just 10 mins before you need to get to the Airport terminals. We will have a free bus waiting to take you back to the terminals terminal.

PICK UP (Please see instructions below for afterhours collections)
When you arrive please collect your luggage and then call us to arrange to be collected by our free shuttle bus service. We are based in a hotel about 5 minutes from the terminal and your car will be ready to collect when you arrive. Look out for a white unmarked 12 seater bus, please give the driver a wave so he knows who you are.

COLLECTION AREA (INSIDE BUSINESS HOURS) (8am to 6pm Monday-Friday or 8:00am to 12 noon Sat & Sun) 
Opposite the main terminal is a white multi-storey car park, on the ground floor of this car park is an entrance to the HILTON HOTEL located right in the middle, you will see a large silver awning protruding out from the car park. We need you to wait under this awning (roof) just in front of the zebra crossing facing the terminal.

If you have any questions about this procedure or anything at all for that matter, please contact us between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday or after hours in the event of an emergency.

COLLECTION AREA (AFTER BUSINESS HOURS – fee’s apply) (6pm to 8am Monday-Friday or 12 noon to 8am Sat & Sun)
Please advise that you are collecting a RENTAL CAR, a bus will be dispatched to collect you and generally takes between 5 to 10 minutes to collect you. Exit the Main terminal and cross ONE zebra crossing this will land you on a traffic island (bus stop). We will have your paperwork and keys ready at the reception of the hotel we are based in - 'Ciloms Airport Lodge'. Please provide your driver's licence and credit card for the hotel staff to make a copy and sign all relevant paperwork to receive your keys. A copy of your damage report and rental agreement along with our Terms and Conditions will be inside the car on the passenger seat for you to review before leaving the premises. If you notice damage that’s not on your report please come back into the hotel and update our copy before you leave.

DROP OFF
Please return the vehicle back to the same location on the completion of your rental period. We are located inside Ciloms Airport Lodge, Tullamarine. If you are coming back towards the airport on the Tullamarine Fwy, take the EXIT called 'Business Park Freight' and then turn left at the roundabout, the hotel is located about 200mts down on the left hand side. On your return we do make our best effort to get you back to the Airport A.S.A.P but we do ask you to allow for an extra 30 minutes over and above the time you would like to be at the Airport in case of delay’s, Traffic etc.

AFTER HOURS COLLECTION & DROP OFF FEE
Any transfers outside of standard business hours will incur a surcharge of AUD20.00 each way and AUD50.00 if collection or return is between 11:30pm and 6:00am. Please select this at time of booking. If you are on a really early flight we advise you to call the hotel we are based in to book yourself a seat on their bus as the early buses have a tendency to be extremely busy and if you don’t book you may miss out and have to wait for the next bus. The buses after hours are dispatched every half an hour on the hour for Airport returns, please allow for this on your return.

ONE WAY RENTALS
City to Airport = AUD45.00.
Airport to City = AUD15.00 for rentals less than 5 days and free thereafter.

NB: The same credit card must be presented at the rental counter that was originally used to pay for the reservation. This must be owned by the renter and not another party, the name on the credit card must match the name on the licence. If the licence and credit card names differ due to marriage a copy of the marriage certificate must be provided.

Pick Ups
For all airport pick ups please call First Rate after your arrival and a driver will be dispatched to the airport to collect you and bring you back to the branch. The office is located 6.2 kms from the airport terminal. If a flight is delayed and falls outside the normal hours please contact First Rate Cars.

After Hour Pick Ups
We will allow pick ups at any time, however there will be a $55 fee for after hour pick ups. For after hour pick ups you will collect your car from the airport car park.

Drop Offs
Vehicles can be dropped off at free of charge during office hours. If you drop off the vehicle at the airport office we will take you to the airport on our shuttle for free.

After Hour Drop Offs
If you wish to drop off your vehicle after office hours please park in the car park at the airport, either international or domestic. There will be a $16.50 parking fee and $55 service fee for after hours drop-offs. If you drop off the vehicle at the airport office we will take you to the airport on our shuttle for free. Please inform First Rate direct if you are planning to drop your vehicle off after hours.

After Hours Service
M2000 offer after hours collections and returns however these must be agreed to by the supplier prior to collection. Please note that a surcharge of $33.00 will apply once for each journey (ie if both collection and return are outside of office hours a fee of $66.00 will apply).

Upon confirmation of your reservation an e-mail will be sent to you from the location with a manual rental agreement to complete, Pick up and drop off instructions and the Terms and Conditions of hire. Late Return
M2000 offers a grace period of 15 minutes on the last rental day, after which late return charges are as follows:

A complimentary 'meet and greet' service at the Perth Domestic Airport is offered by this supplier. On arrival please call the free phone number provided and a shuttle will be despatched to collect you.  You will be taken to our depot which is located just a few minutes from the airport where you can complete the paper work and pick up your car.

NB: Full payment will be deducted from your credit card a few days prior to your arrival. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, and in the case of international cards, that the issuer is aware of your travel arrangements.
